What Athletes Eat- Training Smoothie

1 cup frozen raspberries
1 nectarine
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons lupine protein
2 drops essential lemon oil

Enough water so it reaches the level of the fruit in the blender
To prepare: Simply mix all of the above ingredients in a blender. If too thick, add some milk (or soy milk), water or whatever liquid you prefer.
